Get to know
Hi, I’m Efraj, a therapist, a space-holder, and a big believer in the power of being seen and heard just as you are. My approach to therapy is rooted in kindness, compassion, and real connection. I’m here to walk with you, not ahead of you. To co-create a space where you can show up messy, unsure, tender, bold—however you are—and know you’ll be met with care, not judgment.
I work especially with teens and young adults who are finding their way through life’s transitions, figuring out who they are, and learning how to hold themselves with more love. I also work with adults navigating growth, grief, identity, and the complexities of everyday life, as well as families who are learning to communicate, reconnect, and heal together. Whether we’re meeting one-on-one or as a family, I hold space with warmth, patience, and the belief that change happens when we feel safe enough to be real.
My style is down-to-earth, heart-led, and affirming. I bring in pieces of person-centered therapy, CBT, and narrative work—but more than anything, I bring myself: open-hearted, present, and here for the long haul.
Therapy with me is a collaborative journey—one rooted in trust, mutual respect, and a deep belief in your capacity to grow. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up, and I’ll be right there with you.
